The returned products or goods will be checked with the receipt together and the products or goods should be in the good or best condition. The original packaging should be send together in the new and sealed packaging by the customer.

If we check the products or goods has been damaged or used by customer, we will not perform any refund. Collectors Bay Hobby will be not responsible for the shipment if it is lost during return transit.

Once we have checked and satisfy with the returned products or goods, we will perform refund process by our side in 7 days working hour thru Maybank2u under our legal business name "Collectors Bay Hobby Trading".
